We believe that prayer is essential to every Christian's spiritual walk. Whether for 20 minutes or 2 hours, we encourage our church members to seek God's face daily through prayer.
We offer a chance to pray every morning at our Glen Carbon campus from 6 - 7 am. This prayer time is open for everyone, even if you can only come for a short time. We take this time to seek the face of God for the needs of our church members, the church body, the nations, and other prayer needs. This is a wonderful time of worship and adoration. We meet in the sanctuary.
We also meet for prayer 30 minutes before each church service at our Glen Carbon campus. We take this time to pray for the service - that God's touch will be upon the praise and worship, teaching and the members. This prayer time is open to everyone. We especially encourage those in ministry to join us. We meet upstairs in the 3rd room to the left down the hall.
Tuesday mornings at 11:30 am are another wonderful time of prayer. We welcome all who wish to come. We pray for about an hour at the Glen Carbon campus in the sanctuary.
We have monthly "All night prayer" meetings. Check the calendar for dates. We start prayer at 7pm and pray for various areas such as healings and miracles, ministry teams within our church, the church body as a whole, our community, our nation, the nations of the world, and other important prayer needs. We meet in the sanctuary.
Please join us for prayer. God doesn't care "how" you pray - if this is your first time praying, or if you have prayed all your life. There is no "wrong" way to pray. It is simply taking the time to talk to God and share your heart with him.
