The Gate declares this to be its mission statement: “To awaken a generation out of spiritual death and religious complacency, calling them to their individual purpose and corporate responsibility as an offensive army imposing the Kingdom of God.” God is building a community of believers in the Metro-East area who are in one accord to fulfill this assignment on a global and local scale.
At The Gate we put a very high importance on being friendly and making everyone feel like they belong. We also have many different ways that teenagers can be constantly involved in many different areas in the youth group, such as: Daughters of Destiny- girls only group, boys only group, Drama/media team, woship/music ministry, plus much more. Our services our fun, exciting, fresh, and very relevant to what a teenager is going through in life. We have youth every Wed night at 7:17 with LIVE praise and worship and a message from Pastor Dave Wycoff. If you havent come and visited yet we hope to see you soon!

BIBLE STUDY
Mondays are Bible study nights and if you are interested in digging in deeper into God's Word and really taking the oppurtunity to make a big effort to make God real in your life then you definetly don't wanna miss this. This is a great time to hangout and have alot of fun in a small group with other teenagers and college age people also so if you are wanting to take that next step in getting closer and more involved here at The Fire Escape then I encourage and invite you out the the Bible Studies.
